How do I make changes to my membership?

We strive to make it easy to make account changes. The primary member on the account can log in and click on “My Account” then “Account Info” and “Membership Settings”. Click on the applicable request and complete the form. Please be as specific as possible with the “additional details” section and be sure to attach any necessary documentation to expediate your request. Click on “Submit”.  

 

Please note, clicking submit is not an acceptance of the account change. A Midtown associate will contact you regarding your request.
