How and when are my dues collected each month?

Membership dues for the upcoming month and any additional in-house charges made to your account for the previous month will be billed on the 2nd business day of each month. Midtown accepts ACH transfers, credit cards, and debit cards for membership fees and incidental transactions. Midtown is a cashless community.
